BTW Band Auditions

We are excited to see applications rolling in for our prospective BTW band students entering BTW next year.  Each applicant who's information has been received by Mr. Darby and Mr. Hall will be receiving information in your email and mailed to your house.  You can also access our BTW band audition packet attached to this post. BTW/FAME Art and Sole 5K/Fun Run

Attached is a flyer for the upcoming BTW/FAME Art and Sole 5K and Fun run.  Please help us to share this information and consider either joining in the race, or showing up to cheer on all of the runners as we support all of the programs at BTW. Early registration ends soon so the faster you sign up the better (and you get a t-shirt)!

District Honor Band Information

Here is the schedule for those of you participating in District Honor Band.  The registration fee for District is $15.  We will be staying in the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Opelika.  The cost of the hotel room for each student is $55.  So each student participating is responsible for paying $70 as soon as possible to cover their portion of the trip. Please keep in mind you will need money to cover dinner Friday night and lunch Saturday.  Breakfast is provided at the hotel.  You will need to plan to be picked up by your parents following rehearsal #3 on Saturday afternoon at 4:30.  We will leave school immediately following 4th block Friday so please come to school prepared by having all the clothes and belongings necessary for a 2 day trip.   We're looking forward to wonderful trip!!

All-State Auditions

This years All-State auditions will be held at Opelika MS on Sat. January 30th, 2016.  This year we have 15 students who will be auditioning for All-State.  If you have questions regarding audition location, transportation, or times please ask Mr. Darby or Mr. Hall.

Audition fee is $10 due to Mr. Darby and Mr. Hall, those that have not paid should pay ASAP!

Registration begins at around 12:30pm and will continue until 3:30pm.
